Please be assured that our advisers will do their very best to answer your call as quickly as possible, however there can be unavoidable delays.

Our telephone contact centre staff can provide you with information and simple advice to help you resolve your problem. If further advice is required they can either arrange an appointment with one of our advisers or signpost you to a different organisation who can help you better.

At the end of your call, you will be prompted to complete a feedback questionnaire. Please do take a minute to complete this as it will help us to monitor and improve our services.

Margaret’s Story

Margaret, an 82 year old widow, contacted our freephone adviceline after receiving a letter from the bailiffs who were due to visit the following day. This was causing her a great deal of stress.

Our adviser established the letter was sent to Margaret in error and the bailiffs agreed to cancel the visit. She told us she was ‘very relieved’, saying ‘a weight had been lifted from her shoulders.’
